The Generating Availability Report (GAR) is an annual report that compiles data from the Generating Availability Data System (GADS). GAR provides statistics on unit availability on a capacity-weighted and non-weighted basis for five individual years and for a five-year average. The Historical Availability Statistics (HAS) report offers annual performance information from 1982 to the current year for the same groups of units.
